My Brilliant Career

Please don’t share this webpage to others outside of this production.

Hi folks, I’m Ben - the Wellbeing Coordinator on MY BRILLIANT CAREER!

I am facilitating wellbeing onboarding sessions for the production, as well as being a ‘touchstone’ that can provide wellbeing support across the production for all crew (on-set & off-set including post), and cast throughout the life of the project.

A Wellbeing Coordinator is a neutral third-party that helps to foster mentally healthy workplaces. It’s important to note that they are not a mental health professional like a psychologist, but rather they can provide initial help and support and sign-post you to professional pathways.

You can reach out to me via this web page for some support if you’d like by clicking on the ‘Schedule a chat’ button below. Conversations with me remain totally confidential, unless in the unlikely event that there’s a risk a person is in danger to themselves or others.

Curious to know more about me and the scope of the wellbeing Coordinator role on this production?

Watch this intro video for more information.

Wellbeing Coordinator intro

Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious or down? Whether for work reasons or otherwise, you might like to schedule a call/zoom on a day/time that’s convenient for you to have a chat.

Additionally, if you notice somebody else on the production struggling - you might like to suggest that they reach out to me on this webpage and arrange a convenient day/time for a chat.

(NB: If you are in distress and require immediate assistance, please call 000, or present to the emergency department of your local hospital.)

What is a Personal Wellbeing Plan (PWP)?

A PWP is a short confidential questionnaire asking you about any existing needs or challenges you’d like to make me aware of before we start working together. This information is not shared with the producers or production teams, it’s between me and you - and just gives me a chance to start building a working relationship with you right from the start of the project. It also provides you with an opportunity to reflect on your wellbeing needs, and create a little plan of attack for yourself across the production so you can be at your personal best.

You might choose to fill our the form now, or maybe later on if any issues or concerns arise for you.  Importantly, you should only provide information that you are comfortable sharing, it's your information to share, it's important that you feel comfortable doing so.
