Mental Health Event Support

Screen Well works with individuals, educators, businesses and industry to improve the mental health and wellbeing outcomes of the Australian Screen Industry. We have created this page to connect you to trusted, free, confidential, 24/7 helplines, and resources that you might find useful at your mental health event.

The organisers of the wellbeing event or screening you’re currently attending have shared this support page with you, because they wanted to make you aware of some helpful support pathways for yourself, or a peer at the event you’re worried might be struggling with a mental health challenge.

This page is by no means a comprehensive list, but is does provide you with three pathways; 1) wellbeing support numbers, 2) an anxiety and depression assessment tool, and 3) a database of mental health professionals.
