About the initiative

In response to Griffith University’s Pressure Point Report (2025), the Australian Screen industry’s Mental Health Action Plan (MHAP) is a comprehensive, evidence informed strategy and roadmap to improve mental health, reduce risks and strengthen workplaces practices across the industry. Funded by Netflix, Prime Video, BBC Studios Australia and Disney Studios Australia, this has been an in-depth process involving workshops, consultations and roundtables with over 100 industry stakeholders and guidance from workplace mental health experts, including Beyond Blue.
